Paid internships @ Minn. newspaper
The Post-Bulletin, a 45,000-circulation daily afternoon newspaper in Rochester, Minn., offers three paid reporting internships year-round. The newspaper has seen its circulation grown for the past 15 years, and Rochester is located about 90 minutes from Minneapolis.
Internships are of variable length but generally 3-5 months, with a wide-ranging work experience. Pay is about $11 per hour. Those selected usually have previous internship experience and generally are college upperclassmen.
