Paid intern @ AOL Food

AOL seeks a paid editorial summer intern for its Food Web page.

Internship is based in New York City, runs from June 1 to the end of August and 2 to 3 days a week. Duties include: programming content; pitching ideas; writing original content; reporting latest news/ trend stories; promotional outreach (other sites/social bookmarking); SEO; and reaching out to PR reps.

"The qualified candidate should have a passion for food, be motivated, highly organized, and have strong writing skills; web experience is a plus," the ad states. "Candidates must be either a junior, senior, or in graduate school preferably majoring in journalism."
