Paid internship @ NYC TV station

WPIX, a New York television station and the flagship of the CW Network, is offering a paid newsroom internship this summer.

The internship pays a stipend and college credit may also be arranged.

"The internship will focus on three areas: newsgathering, news production and features production for the Morning Show and News at Ten broadcasts," the ad states. Applicants "must be enrolled in a parallel major in the field of Journalism, Broadcasting, Communications etc., as the internship is designed to provide hands-on experience."
