Entry-level reporters in upstate NY

Two newspapers in upstate New York are seeking a total of nine entry-level journalists:
  • The Record, a 10,000 circulation daily in Troy , is expanding its news staff and has six new entry-level staff positions: a business reporter, two general assignment reporters , one education reporter and a copy editor/page designer.   • The Oneida Daily Dispatch has three entry-level openings in its news department: A full-time news reporter position that includes benefits; a part time news reporter who will work 20-25 hours per week; and a part-time desktop publishing paginator, who will place stories on pages and write headlines for the newspaper and website.
