The Weatherford Democrat, a 5,000-circulation daily in the Fort Worth, Texas area, seeks an entry level reporter.

"We need someone who can wear a lot of different hats – reporter, copy editor, some page layout," the ad states. "The ideal candidate has some experience with InDesign, and loves to write featuare stories, hard news stories and cover a beat. This position also works with contributed copy and correspondents and will be involved in all aspects of content in our seven-person newsroom."
