"The person hired for this new position will work at different times as an on-air reporter, photographer, and writer for broadcast and on-line platforms," the ad states. "The successful candidate will work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. They will work as part of a traditional news crew on some evenings and weekends. They will also be asked to shoot, write and edit stories at other times ... Some experience is preferred but exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered."
