The Record-Breeze, a weekly newspaper in Camden, N.J., seeks a freelance writer to cover high school sports in the lower Camden County region for both its print and online news sources.
High schools needing coverage include Highland Regional High School, Winslow Township High School, Timber Creek High School. Nights and weekends will be required to cover games. Reliable transportation is also needed. Sports will be need to be covered throughout the high school year from fall to spring. Pay is $35 per article
"Writing experience is highly preferred but not 100% necessary," the ad states. "A self-starter attitude, reliability, organization and strong work ethic are paramount."
