StatePoint Media, a Web-based wire service providing more than 5,000 newspapers, magazines and Web Sites with “news you can use” feature stories and puzzles, seeks a part-time editorial assistant. Position is 20-25 hours per week and located in New York City.
Responsibilities include monitoring state news sources, executing direct marketing campaigns, trafficking materials, processing photos, and some clerical duties. Editorial assistant will also will have the opportunity to regularly write articles for publication on the StatePoint service.
