Social policy reporter @ CQ

CQ-Roll Call Group seeks a reporter to write about social policy issues for our daily, online and weekly publications. The opening is for a reporter to write about social policy issues for our daily, online and weekly publications. The opening is for a reporter who understands social policies, particularly health policy, and how those policies are developed and implemented by congress and the agencies. This reporter must be able to write substantial magazine pieces about ideas, developments and trends in health care, education, labor and immigration issues. We are looking for a strong writer who can also serve as an editor from time to time and can work with editors to develop ideas, enterprise stories and news coverage. This is an opening for an experienced magazine writer who can write with authority and turn around longer narrative pieces on a number of different topics in short order.
