Entry-level reporter job @ Brooklyn weekly newspaper

The Home Reporter-Spectator newspaper group in Bay Ridge, N.Y., is undergoing a major expansion effort, and as part of this, is seeking experienced news reporters, both full time and freelance.

You must have previous newswriting and reporting experience; college papers are fine, other weeklies are good, daily experience is a major plus. If you can also take photos for your assignments, you are doubly valuable, but strong newswriting and good reporting skills are what we are seeking foremost.
