Entry-level reporter @ Orange County news site

FullertonStories.com seeks a full-time reporter or two part-time reporters to cover city politics, local businesses and write compelling feature stories.

FullertonStories is a year-old hyperlocal site dedicated to the city's news, people and history. We are an objective source of information for Fullerton and adhere to strict journalistic ethics.

This job requires a self-starter with strong reporting and researching skills. Knowledge of public records is a must. Good people skills, along with an eye and ear for human interest and offbeat stories, are essential. Salary is entry level, but there are significant benefits to make up the difference. Two years experience reporting in print or electronic media is desired, but not critical. Attitude and work ethic are as important as experience.
