Entry-level reporter @ Portland area newspaper

St. Helens Chronicle, a weekly newspaper about 40 minutes from downtown Portland, Oregon, is hiring a full-time journalist to cover events, public meetings and general news.

You'll write stories, take photos and layout news pages. A Journalism or related degree is required. Familiarity with Quark, Indesign and Photoshop is a plus. The job requires you live within paper's news coverage area. Competitive wage and benefit package.
