Tri-County Newspapers is seeking a full-time general assignment news reporter for the Willows-Orland area of Glenn County, along Interstate 5.
The reporter will be required to develop news and feature pieces, with an emphasis on education and health, for two bi-weekly papers, as well as content for the papers' websites. The reporter will be responsible for taking photos and produce video content, and will help with the production of a number of special publications throughout the year.
The reporter must be able to work independently, but also function within a team environment. Night and weekend hours assigned as the beats require.
