The NorthºEast Independent, a weekly newspaper in Wakefield, R.I., seeks a part-time municipal reporter to write news stories about East Greenwich town government and features about the community. Our offices are based in Wakefield. This is a permanent part-time position, not a stringer job.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a liberal arts discipline, writing ability, publication credits, a Rhode Island driver’s license and a car.
