Entry-level reporter opening @ Chapel Hill, NC newspaper

A new weekly newspaper in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is looking for a full-time reporter. The free newspaper will be called The Week, published by Chapel Hill magazine, and initially have a circulation of 7,000.

The right candidate should be able to grab readers' interest on a variety of topics and turn in bright, sharp, copy. We are a part of the community we cover, so candidates must be local. Media experience is strongly preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered as well.
