Paid newspaper reporter internships nationwide
Paid summer internships are available at newspapers around the country through the Institute for Humane Studies.
If selected, you will get paid $400 per week along with funds for travel and housing expenses, participate in a week-long orientation, receive career guidance, and intern for 8 weeks at media outlets such as the Orange County Register, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Philadelphia Bulletin. You'll have the opportunity to publish stories and get bylines.
The deadline for early decision is November 1. Application materials must be submitted through http://www.TheIHS.org/journalism and received no later than January 31.
