Paid year-round internships @ ESPN
ESPN is offering year-round paid internships in broadcast, print and online journalism.
In addition to ESPN's many English-language television and radio channels, ESPN also offers paid internships at the New York City-based ESPN: The Magazine and ESPN.com.
And, ESPN also offers internships with the Spanish-language ESPN Deportes and ESPNDeportes.com, as well as ESPN International and other multi-lingual opportunities.
Internships provide competitive pay and run for 10 weeks and 30 to 40 hours per week. Competitive pay. Interns who do not live in the Bristol, Conn., or New York City areas, may qualify for subsidized housing. Limited opportunities are available at other locations. Additionally, ESPN plans to open operations in Los Angeles in 2009 and that may present more internship opportunities on the West Coast. Internships are available in the fall and spring semesters and during the summer. Course credit can be offered based on college requirements.
Internships are available for currently enrolled college students who are within 12 months of graduation. They must be authorized to work in the United States for any company.
