Journalism scholarship for Carroll County resident

Carroll County Times offers a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who plans to enter the field of journalism. Applicants must be a Carroll County, Md. resident and must have applied to and/or been accepted as a full-time student to a journalism school or journalism program. Completed applications must be received by March 31 to be considered.
