Traverse, a 31,000-circulation monthly magazine that covers life in Northern Michigan, is offering a paid summer internship. The 10-week internship comes with $1,000 stipend.
"Interns research and write short travel pieces about Northern Michigan, proofread, fact check and discuss story concepts," the ad states. "Interns must have a laptop and reliable car and are responsible for their own housing."
