The Journal News, a 122,00-circulation daily newspaper in White Plains, and Metromix.com seek paid freelance writers and photographers to cover entertainment in the Hudson Valley.Metromix is a joint venture between Gannett and Tribune newspapers providing an online guide to entertainment scenes in communities around the country.
Freelancers will cover the best restaurants, bars, concerts and more in the Hudson Valley. This means Orange, Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess and Putnam counties -- not New York City.
