Paid internship @ Montana weekly newspaper
The Madisonian, Montana's oldest weekly newspaper, is offering a paid summer internship. The 6-week full-time internship pays $150 per week.
The newspaper is based in Ennis, Montana, a town which comes alive in summers. Madison County is also home to some of the best outdoor recreation opportunities in the state, with four world-famous flyfishing rivers within its borders.
The intern will write between two and four stories a week on local news and features about the events and people in Madison County. Applicants should have a desire to learn, actively pursue stories and cover a variety of topics and issues. Applicants must also have a car and valid driver's license.
