Entry-level TV reporter job in Alabama

WTVY Television, the CBS Affiliate for Dothan, Alabama, Panama City, Florida and the surrounding area, has an immediate opening for a news reporter.

This is an entry level position. The ideal candidate will have a degree in journalism or related field, as well as an internship at a commercial television station.

You must be a self-starter, able to enterprise stories, cover meetings, and find the real people affected by the news.

Our staff reporters are one man band and beat our competitors to the stories that matter every day. We are not just about our broadcasts we also place a premium on reporters who know how to produce compelling content for our website and our mobile platform.
