Entry-level reporter @ Ft. Worth weekly newspaper

Azle News, a weekly 5,700-circulation newspaper located near Forth Worth, Texas, seeks a news reporter.

The ideal candidate enjoys covering city hall, the police beat, jurisprudence and the public's business. We're looking for someone who can take his/her own pictures and write clean, interesting stories for our readers. This is an opportunity for a recent graduate or a veteran who wants to do some real news reporting. We're close to the Metroplex but our communities are very much real hometowns with their own identities. Good staff and working conditions, competitive salary, health insurance.
