Inside Higher Ed seeks a talented, hard-working journalist to join its editorial staff as a reporting intern beginning in January 2012. We will also be hiring for the summer.

Inside Higher Ed's interns work shoulder to shoulder with our team of reporters, reporting and writing news and feature stories for our 900,000-plus readers. Our best interns show intellectual curiosity, an ability to juggle multiple assignments, and an inclination to dig deeply. Interns receive a monthly stipend in the $2,000 range.

Candidates should have at least two years of college journalism experience, preferably at a daily, and some previous professional experience is desirable. Applicants should send a resume and five strong clips to the e-mail address above, or to the address below.
