Paid Spring journalism internship @ HuffingtonPost Kitchen Daily

HuffingtonPost, one of the most popular news sites in the nation, is offering a paid editorial internship for its Kitchen Daily section.

This position entails 2-3 days of work per week and is available immediately for a Spring Internship. Applicants should be a quick study who can help with editorial and programming tasks, with an emphasis on production and behind-the-scenes functions. Pay is $10 per hour.

Responsibilities
-Content production, including recipe formatting
-Data collection and recipe acquisition to help maintain our recipe database
-Quality assurance of our recipe archive
-Assistance with Photo shoots and taste tests

Qualifications:
-Passion for food, cooking, online media and internet-based businesses.
-Student focused on food, journalism & communications preferred
-Superior communications skills, both oral and written
-Well organized, able to multi-task, able to prioritize with minimal direction
-Able to follow up with project partners to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Ability to learn content management systems
