Paid summer journalism internship @ law magazine in NYC
The American Lawyer, an award-winning magazine that covers the world of large law firms, offers a summer internship for current students and recent graduates interested in business and legal journalism. The position is based in New York City, runs 10-12 weeks, and pays $400 per week.
Interns will receive a thorough introduction to daily Web and monthly magazine journalism. They will report and write stories for our industry-leading publications and Web sites, and will also fact-check the work of staff reporters.
We look for candidates with experience in hard news reporting and excellent news writing skills. The application deadline is February 17, 2012.
