Paid broadcast journalism internships nationwide

Paid 8-week broadcast journalism internships are available year-round at TV stations and radio stations nationwide through the Institute for Humane Studies.

One of the best ways to break into the industry is through a hands-on internship with an experienced producer at a major media network or news production house.

No previous experience is necessary. We're looking for articulate students passionate about liberty. Students from all disciplines, including political science and economics, are encouraged to apply. Students located within and outside the United States are eligible for placement.

The internships provide a $3,200 stipend and a travel allowance (interns must obtain their own room and board), participation in our weeklong summer workshop, Journalism & the Free Society, including travel assistance, and mentoring from IHS program staff
